About Us

Genius Abacus Centre is an after-school program training center for the children, started in 2014 with the intention to improve the mathematical skills of children.

The founder of this center is an engineering graduate possessing Government Certified training in Abacus & Vedic Maths. She also possesses other academy level certification for Rubix cube, Handwriting & Calligraphy. She is an experienced trainer having more than 6 years of hands-on experience with an outcome of more than 200+ overseas trained students .




Abacus

Abacus is a mathematical tool used from ancient age for doing basic mathematical calculations. The abacus kit is modified form of counting frame and serves as a play tool, which makes children to learn with great interest. Teaching mathematical skills with a bead and rod movement makes attractive among children and they show more interest in learning such skills.

Abacus helps to improve the mathematical ability of the children. It gives immense interest for the kids toward Mathematics & improves memory power.

Age limit: Children of 6 – 14 years

Total No. of Levels: 9 Levels (Bud Level, Level 1 ,….. Level 8)

Duration of course: Each level may take 2-3 months based on the student ability. Average total Duration shall be around 12-18 months.

Vedic Math/Mental Math

“Vedic Maths / Mental Maths” is another Indian ancient mathematical skill program which teach shortcut and tricks to solve high digit mathematics problems. It is based on 16 Sutras and 16 Sub-sutras to solve easily the higher digit calculations using pen & paper without any assisting tool.

We have some FAQ

Abacus
Students from Age 6 can join. However, they should know numbers & tables as a minimum.
There are 9 levels in Abacus which includes bud level & 8 levels.
The medium of instruction is English.
Each batch may not have more than 6-8 Students. As it will be difficult to concentrate on doubt clarification and different level of teaching.
Normally level 0 -2 may take 5 months (being basic), later each level shall be cleared in 45 days. In total it may take 14-18 Months for a child of age 6 to get the complete course.
Various batches are offered in different timings. Please check for timing availability.
Yes, we provide special classes for children who cannot attend due to justified reasons.
Yes, we offer one to one course. Please contact for further details.
Yes, the competition is open to all public. Students who are in higher level can participate lower level test or competition.
Yes, you can participate in all level competition below your current level. However the results of competition are based on Age & Champion ship is based on multiple criteria like Score, age, time taken.
Every age group will be provided with Winner, Runner up certifications. Championship are based on Score, age, time taken. Junior & Senior champions will be provided Trophy.
Competitions are for each level of students. Everyone who register for the Competition, (after payment of the exam fees) shall be provided with Credentials to login. They will be provided with 10 Model Question paper for the Competition level they appear for. Model QP will be allowed for single try only. You can generate report of your model test results to make self-assessment about yourself.
On the day of Competition, you will be provided with a “Live test”. The Live test will be available for a span of 8 hours, and you can write the test any time within the span. You will not be allowed to write the test, 15 minutes before the time span completion.
Vedic Math
Students of Grade 3 to Grade 9 can join the Course
Basic, Intermediate & Advanced Level are the three level of courses
Yes, you can join. However you will be trained in all levels and will be allowed for competition in advanced level only.
Each level will be having maximum of 20-30 Students. This coaching is to be group activity and training.
Every session shall be 1 hour with Two session a week. Each level may take 6 Weeks of Time. In total it may take 5-6 Months.
Yes, we have a batch for Crash course in 17 days with 3 hours class a day. (App. 50 Hours course)
No. We provide training for Only Students, as our certification is only for Training Students.
No. It is not a certification course.
Yes, the competition is open to all public. Students who are in higher level can participate lower-level test or competition i.e. I/M student can participate in Basic Level Competition.
No, you can participate Immediate before level competition of your current level.
Every Level will be provided with championship certification & Trophy.
